[Ed.note: Days 136-138 summarized from original blog.]

Tues.Jul.14/Day 136: left 0730 to avoid mid-day winds 7-12mph; sunny, 70/88; travelled 48mi. in 5hrs, arriving at 1230 and now in MD; large freighter and a USCG cutter passed us; noted large naval simulation/air support station. Marina larger with 246 slips/20 transients; we were on a ‘T’ again; great store with wines, whiskeys, foods, and 60’s music; pool busy with 6-12 people in it; courtesy car requested gas donation, limited to 10miles usage. Photos. Admiral described our Looper-oriented clothing philosophy [wear everything for 2-4 days at a time]. No one masking.

Wed.Jul.15/Day 137:  72/89, hot and humid again; keeping the PH shade covers on helps. Cleaned the strainers [see photos], grossing out the Admiral; had to prime the a/c line; oil levels, etc. all fine; washed boat. Admiral commented on Ships Store and items we purchased [cookies, ice cream drumstick]; frustrations with fixing icemaker hinge. Holding tank monitors out of synch it seems. Happy hour always enjoyed [Dales Pale Ale, G&T]! Walked 2 blks for take-out.

Thurs.Jul.16/Day 138: cooler 73/83; SCA in effect till tomorrow but shouldn’t delay departure; confirmed reservations up to Delaware City; and planning as far as Albany, NY. Used dockside pumpout, worked well; described use of the head ‘process’ to avoid plugging. We took courtesy car to Weiss groceries and to ACE hardware; everyone masked. Batt. Charger working ok.

Lionel and Mary - 17 Jul 2020: I am awake very early this morning... a lovely pink sky out my balcony bedroom window... it’s matching the pink clusters of roses along the garage wall. Reading and thinking of the beautiful sights that you are witnessing... yes, it leaves me in wonder... I love those pictures. Keep well.
